Gombe Stream National Park
Gombe Stream lies at the northern end of Lake Tanganyika. The park's forested mountain slopes, which help define the [link] Great Rift Valley [link] are home to chimpanzees. Visitors can discover these fascinating creatures for themselves. The chimps are accustomed to humans and therefore somewhat approachable.
